Some rooms need to de updated. I stayed in a family room, and the rug had a big stain and looked a little Gross. Staff are really friendly and apologize for it. They could not move us to another room because the hotel was full for the Marathon weekend. We have a complimentary breakfast for the 5 days.

This hotel is one I would highly advise to stay away from. My partner and I booked 5 nights for a double room, and found it to be wholly unacceptable. At baseline, the room is clearly outdated, undecorated, and not a pleasurable stay; however, to add, the bedsheets, including the fitted sheets, comforters, and pillows were filthy. The bathroom smelled of sewage at all times, a scent that filled the entire hotel room, and had mold growing in the grout. We asked to change rooms multiple times, but were consistently denied switching to a habitable room. The best they offered was an upgrade, but the switch would be 2 days after our check in date (meaning staying in our current, unlivable room for 2 days), and then paying an additional 20€ per day for the new room. I will say that the staff were pleasant to interact with, but seemed limited by higher management in how they could resolve the problems. Overall, would advise staying away. There are far better options in the nearby area that are only a few dollars more per night. This hotel is far too expensive for what it is, and any perceived savings are lost when dealing with the low quality of the stay.

The cleaning staff was very friendly and attentive, but the area that the hotel was in was kind of rough. I did not feel safe walking around, especially after dark. The biggest down for this hotel was the bet. They only offer two twin beds that you can push together to make a full. It makes her very uncomfortable sleeping, especially if you’re a couple.

Likes: Somewhat affordable. At least cheaper than most in the area. Staff was satisfactory. Breakfast is nice to have, at $10 per person was good value. Food was average, but affordable. Dislikes: low quality. Carpet in the halls stained or decolored Fixtures in the room poor. Desk was falling apart, had to reassembled it somewhat to keep it up. Pillows very thin, felt almost like it was just the pillowcase. Overall, a bit lower value for the price we paid, but we just needed a bed to rest at night, and that's what we got.

The room was basic. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and investment. Black mould in the bathroom, uncomfortable beds. Paid for a double room, got two single beds. Not enough bedding. Pillows were absolutely terrible. Front desk staff unwelcoming, hardly looked up from their personal mobile phones when guests walked past.

Hotel was great, the reception area is really modern looking and the breakfast area is also really modern. The price per night is also excellent however, rooms are looking really dated and a refresh to modernise the rooms and hall ways after reception would go a long way. Cleanliness could be better but is what I would call "acceptable" given how well the hotel is priced and how accommodating and helpful the staff are (especially as our flight was late back we could store our luggage for free at the hotel). To clarify what I mean by the cleanness was "acceptable", when looking there marks/stains on walls and curtains where it looks like insects have been swatted and additionally some dirt stains in carpets in rooms and hallways. The beds were all clean and well made, toilets also clean (again would add that they would benefit from a refresh since they are dated). I would for the same price still stay here again however, I hope a refresh of rooms and hallways is being planned.

It was just an average stay at a hotel but I was there for a week. There was no fridge in the room which may have been convenient for that length of stay. The staff seemed young and dismissive for the most part but that could be "German Culture"? A couple of the staff were very accommodating even suggesting that i use the closed kitchen's fridge for items i needed chilled. I could use the staff micorwave but when i did they spoke German to each other laughing. Don't think i was paranoid but i'm sure they were ribbing me which I didn't care about but seemed unprofessional. I always had to greet them first when seeing them. They didn't suggest anything i might need other than the fridge but that was because i was asking for ice all the time. For example, arriving an hour early, they firmly said the check-in and just dismissed me with all my luggage. I had to ask if there was luggage storage to walk around the neighborhood instead of waiting in the lobby for an hour. For the price it was close to things to see but i like to walk. Close to church, markets, malls and pubs. The breakfast brunch wasn't anything to put a medal on and was 10euros!! No tips deserved for that stay

Very tired rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Pokie bathrooms. Stained carpets. Very basic ie no in room tea and coffee or fridge. Location not bad. Wouldnt stay again.
