People were smoking next to the entry while the doors were open. The shower head was not very clean. Everything else looked clean. The room had two single beds instead of one big bed even if it the room was for one person.

Great value in the location

Great value for the location Only down side is check in time at 3pm and far too busy to check everyone in at the same time . Staff could have been more flexible on checking in time .

This hotel room doesn't even have a curtain, you have to suffer the sunshine every morning, and there is subway train in front of the building. Don't book it.

Big rooms with high ceilings was a huge plus. Staff were all lovely, and the breakfast was really well done. Perfect spot for walking around the amazing city of Berlin.

Room is clean and very spacious. However, their room management systems failed during my stay. They were overbooked and requested later guests (including me) to change to a different room. I also witnessed a guest having the same situation during my checkin (and his room was downgraded). They compensated that with free breakfast during my whole stay.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. When I arrived there were no towels in my room and I was told I wouldn’t be able to get any until the next day. My tv didn’t work. This hotel is located in the heart of the gay area, but it was made very clear that the night staff was homophobic. I haired a guid to show me the night life and he was discriminated against. When I went down to verify that he was with me, they questioned if I was a guest and actually yelled at me. The entire rest of my stay, that particular staff gave me dirty looks and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
