I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was hearty and delicious and free apples could be enjoyed at anytime.

An enjoyable stay! Good value for the money. Very conveniently located, with good transport links. Local area has lots of nice bars and cafes. Breakfast was a generous size. Fan in the bathroom was really quite loud (but imagine that doesn’t affect every room!). Overall, I’d recommend it for the price.

Good location but breakfast poor value
Stay was good and location good to get into the city. Only downsides pillows in room were awful one provided per person and was more of a cushion than pillow. Breakfast also at 12 euro per person. was not good value. 4 thin slices of kiwi, orange and melon few slices of ham cheese and two boiled eggs. I would stay again but ask for additional pillows. Recommend the breakfast at the Bakery two doors away.

Great location!
Very good location right by tram stop and about a mile from Alexanderplatz. Comfortable room and very quiet as well away from road. Kettle in room plus free coffee from reception was a plus!

A lovely hotel well worth a visit
Lovely room, huge bed, and a kettle :) Set in a quiet court yard close to the tram stop so getting about is easy. The staff are welcoming, friendly & speaking in English and other languages happy to help us find our way to the Mercedes Arena for a concert. A continental breakfast each morning with freshly baked bread buns & will make gluten free for you if needed. Well worth stopping over.

This hotel is conveniently located in the vibrant Prenzlauerberg neighborhood. It's directly on a tram line, but also inside the inner courtyard of an apartment block so it's very quiet. It has a modern charm to the rooms and décor. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Quiet location. Easy to catch the public transportation. Cute room with enough space. Elevator that works. No air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room and a hood breeze in the evening. Two bottles of free water and free coffee. Loved the view to the garden. Staff was friendly and it was easy to check in and out. Definitely felt secure and safe there.

Property is located I out of the tourist area, this makes it excellent in better pricing, the avenue is very centric, has a tram station at a 3 minute walk, many local restaurants around, the staff is friendly and the hotel gives you a home feeling. Pricing is great too

Quiet location with tram M4 right outside. Easy from Tegel and to Alexander platz. otherwise, reasonable transfers on public transport. Nice breakfast available and individually decorated rooms make it more homey. Local restaurants all around. Staff could be better versed on locations of standard tourist questions, like public transport to the typical sites...that is, anything not directly off M4. Also, where the local post office is.

There was bedbugs in our room, we found this on a last night before leave, but this makes this night really nervous and we was forced to review anything from bags after come back home.
