one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. room has no figobar, the bathroom is open to the room with the sink right next to the bed, the shower door has a plastic seal at the bottom that you have to hold up in order for the door to close, water leaked outside the shower box and into the room, you can hear A LOT of noise from the other rooms (specially dragging furniture around and slamming doors shut, to the point of constantly shaking your bed), lobby always super crowded, blackout curtains didn't go all the way to the bottom, so a lot of light would come in, ar conditioning wasn't strong enough, the room was supposed to have a king bed, but had 2 single beds pushed together that kept separating if you moved a bit. honestly, the only 2 good things about this hotel are the location and the view, other than that, it is all really bad!

Good base to see the sights of Berlin. Very large hotel but no problem with noise at night! No tea in the room only coffee. The toilet didn’t feel very private and the door only pulled to!

The room was small. A couple of issues that were solved quickly. The bathtub was really high and was difficult to get out of. No door between the room and the tub. Just a curtain. Otherwise, very nice stay and great location.
