Hotel was ideally located near to many bars, shops and restaurants, and all transport connections to go further afield. Superb breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed was nice and the veiws were lovely. Was a large amount of dust in the room didnt affect anything but was noticable. Water was good little sensitive but wasnt a issue.

Berlin stay in Alexanderplatz

Great location, room had everything I needed, bed comfortable and great view from the 29rh floor. Down points were that the shower flooded the bathroom floor every time I used it & there was no air con. When I called I was told to "come & collect a fan from reception".

I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel because of its location to my family, but never have. This particular trip I absolutely needed to be next to Alexander plots for the convenience of my airplane departure, so I booked it here for three nights and it was absolutely perfect. I only needed a small room so the price was right. Staff was amazing with daily room cleaning to boot. Thank you so much for the great day. Would gladly recommend and do it again. Another one of the big draws, is that because you’re so close to the train station it makes it easy to get in and out, but the biggest plus was that you can get a Döner almost any time of the day. Perfect! A+.

We spent two nights at the Park Inn. We had a room for three people, and the pullout couch worked very well. Location is fantastic and so convenient for the trains, any other public transportation, and is walkable to almost anything. Breakfast in the morning was extremely good. Would stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel for several years now for an annual event, and my experience with its staff has been on a steady decline. They are rude, they lie blatantly to your face and have no concept of customer service whatsoever. The hotel itself is okayish, definitely not a 4 star hotel though. The amenties in the room are quite basic and cleanliness is ok. My room had the rain shower head not working, so only the hand shower not worked and it had a low mount which made it inconvenient to use. The breakfast is ok, but for a 4 Star hotel, it's lacking and chaotic when it's busy. The only thing that this hotel has going for it, is that its very central location in the heart of Alexanderplatz, but honestly there are plenty of other better hotels around the square. I regretted booking this hotel.

I fear that the two skyscrapers currently under construction nextdoor will diminish this lovely hotel’s uniqueness. That said it is still a convenient location steeped in DDR history.
