The room was old and not properly cleaned. Staff didn’t speak English on phone and had to recall multiple times to get in touch with someone who does, I mean you’re in hotel business!? Come’on. The shared toilet is on another floor which is inconvenient. Upon arrival you cannot store your luggage until check in because they open at 12 noon. The building is old and it takes around 40 minutes to centre only trams and buses are available no U/S. there’s a Lidl near by but for the same price I’d have booked something better.

Opción económica y bien comunicada con el centro.

Aunque está un poco lejos de Mitte (unos 5 kms y 1 hora a pie) casi en la puerta para un tranvia que en 20 min te deja en el centro de la ciudad. Por lo demás es solo un hotel para dormir que no ofrece nada más. Una opción económica si no quieres ir a parar a un hostel. A mí la zona donde está me gusto porque es tranquila y poco turistica.

budget hotel, not in the best area but easy access to tram for centre. rad outside quite noisy. but Rooney very nice and also private bathroom of a good standard. for the price (44 euro), got no complaints at all.

Could I have a kettle in the room, please?

A nice small hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. The only thing I missed was a kettle for boiling some water for a morning tea.

Sort of ok Hotel in the middle of nowhere

Its difficult to find and there is nothing nearby (not if you want to the the sights in Berlin), about 20-30 min train ride to main station, TV Antena, Brandenburg gate, etc . I was carrying a large suitcase and was given a room in the 3rd floor. There are no elevators so I had to carry my heavy suitcases up and down stairs. There are better hotels in the center of Berlin, i do not recommend you stay here. Rooms are tiny and not worth the price. Only nice thing to say is the room was clean.

Stayed here for the champions league final. Staff were pleasant, hotel fairly basic as expected. Not a great location for the stadium as it's quite far away but not far away from the city centre if you are just coming to see Berlin.

Good offer for the price!

It's a bit off the beten tracks, but has reasonably good public transport reachability and was close to the venues I had to go to so it was perfectly suited. The staff was non-intrusive and helpful. Yeah, I don't think my room was cleaned for the three days I was there, but I also don't think it needed cleaning and I appreciate not being disturbed (for the little time I spent there I don't think there was a need for it and I can make up my bed so I don't see much of a problem with that). I could get a decent sleep with my window facing the inner court, and it was overall not much of a hassle. One thing, I need to highlight is the well-functioning ventilation in the bathroom - it seems insignificant, but I've been in 5-start hotels for 5 and 10 times the price and you could not see an inch away after a shower. Honestly, I don't think I've experienced such a good vent system - it just stood out.
