Room was looking a bit tired and well worn, parts missing from shower taps, but still useable with some guidance. Air conditioning did not work at all, aaroom was 26/27°c all night. Asked for towels to be swapped every day at the desk, and they never were. Had to go to the desk every night and get towels. Not very helpful at the desk. Willing to let you stand for 10 minutes while they laughed and joked with bar staff.

The hotel is situated in a great position in Berlin. Its close to all the transport links. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good selection at breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Its great value for money.

The "family" room was tiny for a family of four. One of my sons slept in a chair that folded out into an uncomfortable bed, and the other slept on a mattress on the floor. The chair was as so uncomfortable that my one son chose to sleep on the hard floor instead.
