The hotel was very nice, very modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing is the parking lot which is nice that it‘s next door but $25 was very expensive for the location which is just ok.

1. AC ineffective - the room was really hot when I arrived - The AC didn’t help. I kept the windows open when in the room. 2. Third night - No water to have a shower 3. Internet repeatedly failing causing me big expense with roaming charges on my phone. I thought this was a 3 or 4 star hotel - Really POOR.

The hotel was nice. We had a family room that was very spacious with o e and a half bathrooms, 2 king size beds, 2 sofas, 2 closets Though It wasn’t very clean Everything else was good, very attentive staff, they kept our luggage until we came back to retrieve them. Our flight was late at night, so we really needed this.

Could be nice hotel, but dirty and poorly managed
General Location is relatively good, near UBahn and next to bus stops with frequent buses. Immediate area not so classy (hotel next to Strip Bar), but all in all OK. The Welcome was poor, a smile and a few welcoming words would have been nice after a long trip but it didn’t take long. It was made clear that if I wanted my room cleaned every day I should come to reception before 11am and request it. A sign in the lift said this was for “ecology’s sake” but it’s the first sign they can’t get the staff, or can’t retain the staff (management issue). I did see some evidence of cleaning in the room, but not every day. The back of the sink unit was covered in dirt and hair. I mentioned it to the receptionist, who was polite and helpful on this occasion, and it was cleaned when I returned later. The biggest issue with this hotel, and maybe the Quentin chain as a whole is that their central reservations department was uncontactable, no telephone number and they did not respond to several emails from me, or from the hotels.com agent. The receptionist told me it takes them 4 days to respond, but I didn’t get any reply at all. I felt a bit sorry for the staff & felt that this hotel is a sinking ship. I stay in Berlin regularly but won’t return as there are much better hotels in the same budget. Basically this hotel could be something much better but seems to be neglected and mismanaged. Shame. Mostly bad, but not totally so. But why bother?

Nice stay just off the beaten track
Located not too far from Potsdamer Platz (10min walk), the hotel had everything a business traveller could want. Room size was good and had a good-sized bathroom too - I took a larger room. Breakfast was also fine but no other meal options were available.

The hotel itself was great. Good breakfast (though not too many vegan options), the rooms are comfy and spacious, and the staff were very helpful. It's close to Potsdamer Plaza and the Bradenburg Gate, so all is good. I would suggest that they strengthen the wifi (it was weak in our room) and supply tissues in addition to toilet paper.

What a nice surprise! This hotel is clean, has a great kitchen and is within walking distance of all the major art museums in Berlin. Lastly, it is very reasonable! You would pay $300 per night in the US for a hotel room of this quality. I would heartily recommend it to any travelers who are visiting Berlin.
