Happy stay
From checkin to checkout all was smooth and nice. Would stay again. Lovely location, great sushi round the corner as well as great coffee shop and Lidl next to each other only 3 mins walk away.

A comfortable and clean hotel in general
The hotel is located on a tranquil street where other hotels can be found. It's not a residential neighbourhood, so don't expect to have supermarkets or drug stores where you may get stuff that you normally need during travel. Yet there're a handful of cafes nearby where you can have a coffee or breakfast. It's a 15-minute walk to Potsdamer Platz and 20-minute walk to Brandenburg Gate. P.S. In the single room where I stayed, there's no electric kettle nor cups. You may ask for that at the reception.

Good place, no complains!
I needed to check in late for which I contacted the hotel in advance. They were prompt with their responses and left me very clear instructions. I had no problem getting in (the only minor thing is that I wasn't notified that I would need a business card or something to use electricity). Nonetheless, the check in process the following morning was seamless. The staff were extremely friendly and happily gave tips about getting around the city. Breakfast is a usual continental style but the menu includes many many choices of jams, juices, cheese, meat, breads and so on. The hotel's location is fantastic as it is located less than 10 minutes walk away from Postdamer Platz!

Good Hotel, I got one of the smaller Rooms, but even that was big enough with two writing tables in the room. Great breakfast with everything you need. Location is 10 minute foot walk from Potsdamer Platz, close to Public Transport. Staff service was okay, TV and average Wifi available.

I did not enjoy my stay at this place. Receptionists were rude and not friendly at all. Rotted carpets were quite dirty and the quality of the room service was really low. I would not recommend the place at all.

Pleasant stay in a great location.
We arrived late, after front desk was closed, but had made arrangements for key pickup. Instructions were great. It could not have been easier. Our triple room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and bathroom was clean. It was warm in late June, but we slept with the windows open and were fine. The recycling and or rubbish pickup around 5am each morning might disturb some. I only had coffee in the morning, but the breakfast looked fresh and good. The front desk and cleaning staff were great.
