the room was nice however on the property is mentioned they have AC but it doesn’t work during late may and june. I changed my room few times during my short stay due to AC issue to realize the room temperature is just set and having AC is pointless since they set it for you regardless of what temperature you like

Good lactation for what I needed. Good value money-wise. Met two staff members, one was good the other wasn’t. The room was clean and had everything I needed but the bed wasn’t really comfortable, but I know that’s subjective. One thing that wasn’t great was they didn’t respond to a message I’d spent, via Expedia, weeks before my stay which wasn’t helpful. Overall though, good value for what it is.

Extra fees!!! We were charged 200 pounds extra for deposit when we checked in even all hotel fees have been paid online prior to our visit. We are not aware of this extra payment before our arrival. There is a city tax we need to pay when we checked out, about 5 pounds per night...
