Our stay was diminished by the fact that they had limited access to the hotel and a limited menu due to the fact that there was a fire in the kitchen. Uncontrollable, of course. My biggest disappointment came when I asked for an invoice and the desk clerk (early morning) told me it would be emailed to me. I gave the clerk my email address and room number and I have yet to see an invoice. I am not holding out hope of ever seeing it. Property was nice and new and comfortable.

The quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. You can't hear the planes and barely even hear people talking loudly in the hall. It would have been better if the pillows weren't real down and the AC went a bit colder.

It’s a very short walking distance from the airport, you can’t really beat that. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, with pleasant ambiance. Hotel restaurant has nice selection of really tasty dishes.

All was excellent except for the lack of signage and instructions for foreign travelers. I could not use the Tv or make coffee for myself because of no instructions. I had the same experience in another hotel in Berlin.

Early arrival and earlier departure
I arrived early so asked if the hotel reception would be able to take my bag whilst I explored the city and would get it when I checked in later. The receptionist tried to up-sell me early check in for a fee however I explained that I only required my bag kept as I wasn't intending paying for early check in given that I was going into the city. She seemed a little put out that I opted not to pay for early check in. Anyway, the room was clean and comfortable with a bottle of water provided and nespresso coffee machine. Comfortable bed and good shower. Ideal for my early morning onward flight.
