very accessible to transport
Hotel is clean despite it a little bit outdated especially the lift. Staff are very nice and welcoming, breakfast is very affordable and delicious. It's a good recommendation for tourist with limited budget, it's really worth the money for the service they provide..

Great location to the U bahn and superb staff!!
The hotel is between two U bahn stop and set back in a quiet neighborhood. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and for the money, you really couldn't ask for more. I stayed here for one week and loved every minute of my trip. I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitor.

I wouldn't come back here for free!
Terrible experience. No internet service. Extremely small room. No bathroom accessories. (Had to go to grocery store across the street for hand soap). When we complained there was no one available to correct the situation. Very limited parking (10 spaces at best). Large residential area so we had to park several blocks away.

Needed a break after weeks of staying at hostel dorms. Hotel city gallery was perfect at the price point. It was comfortable and clean with free highspeed Wi-Fi. Friendly staff too. Would recommend for a budget hotel

Nice hotel for the price. Clean, safe area, and friendly staff. Not the most central location but near a few U-Ban stops. They also had towel for all in shared room but for the price you can't complain. There is a handy convenience store 30 meters from the hotel.

This hotel is in one of the best neighborhoods in Begin Berlin. Restaurants and supermarkets just around the corner. Beautiful homes. Quiet, very simple hotel. Very good value for the money in this location.

Avarage Hotel in Berlin
Room cleanliness and/or housekeeping should be improved. The woman at the front desk immediately offered free water, coffee or even beer after my complaint (very good). But after the rectification it still wasn't perfect (soap was missing, only one dirty toothbrush cup for two persons, small piece of rubbish in bathroom).

This should have the word hostel in the name. We were tricked into thinking we had a private hotel room but ended up in a room for 8 & I was the only woman. NOT SUITABLE AT ALL>

Clean, comfortable, good location
The location is in a neighborhood, about 4 blocks from the closest U-bahn station. Staff was extremely helpful with storing luggage after we arrived before the check-in time and left the city after the check-out time. There is no AC or ceiling fan, but the room was comfortable with the window open.

The front desk staff was great, very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very nicely located, just a few yards from a playground for the kids, from supermarkets and from several restaurants. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay there again: our room was clean, but there was loads of dust on top of the wardrobe, which flew all over the place and made a huge mess when I put a backpack there. On one of the days, the room simply was not cleaned, despite the "please make up my room" sign being up. For some reason, the cleaners would consistently leave just two or three towels in the room - we were in four guests, so I had to request towels at the front desk. Had it happened once or twice, I wouldn't have minded, but this happened EVERY DAY. On one of the days the lift was not t working, which was a nuisance, since we travelled with small kids. And there was no mini-bar in the room, which was also disappointing. Now, what was REALLY bad was the wi-fi. There was NO WAY you can use their wi-fi. Most complicated, unreliable and slow hotel wi-fi I have ever seen.

Good situation, close to nice restaurants (we particularly enjoyed the San Marino) and in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy reach of the underground station too. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. All in all a good stay. We chose this because of the Mondrian look of the outside and internal views of the hotel. Nice!

Good hotel
Staffs in the front desk are friendly. You can pArk your car on the street in front of the hotel. Within 3 minute walk, there is a medium-sized supermarket. Within 5-10 minute walk, there is a subway station. The guest room is clean. Free WIFI is also offered.

There was a big mix up with our reservation. The front desk man confused who was checking in and how long everyone was staying. It caused a lot of stress. However, I must say, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is quaint and clean, but had a bit of a hostel feel. It wasn't too noisy, though.

Comfortable Stay
Room was small but clean and quiet. The neighborhood is pleasant and close to public transportation. I would have liked more amenities in the room, like a hot water kettle or coffee maker, but for the price, I was satisfied with my stay. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to other people.

My room was spacious and clean, the service was good for the most part, had basic amenities, and the neighborhood is pretty residential.
