The staff are absolutely first class. Fernando, one of the reception staff went out of her way to solve an issue. Her willingness to find a quick way to resolve the issue was just stunning. I really loved staying at this hotel. It has such a cool, unique style. Really well-designed and full of thoughtful little details that make it feel special. You can tell a lot of care went into creating the space. The location is amazing, right near the subway and super close to all the main sights. Plus, the neighborhood is packed with great restaurants and cute cafes, so there’s always something nearby to check out. The staff were awesome too, super friendly and helpful the whole time. Honestly, it was just a great experience all around. I’d definitely stay here again!

My single room was a good size, the bathroom was larger thn I expected. The staff speak great English, and the French toast for breakfast was gorgeous. The hotel is in a very handy location, for the Underground and trams, and I felt safe walking alone nearby even at 11pm at night. It is close to Hackescher Market (a bit like Camden Market) and the Hackescher cinema (which shows films in English or with English subtitles) the area nearly feels a bit like Soho, young and arty(but not so crowded).

Very nice hotel. I would stay here again. Check in could be improved as receptionist was eating a baguette when I checked in. There is a kettle and coffee/tea in the room but no cream/milk powder.

This is a wonderful property with a great staff. Parking was relatively convenient, although not on site. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Breakfast and bar were very good. It’s in a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

Happy with our stay!

We were at the Circus Hotel for 3 nights. Unfortunately our room faced a very busy area so it was noisy if we tried to open the windows. The location was within walking distance to many of the major sites. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Having a car was a hassle as we had to obtain a parking pass from the hotel for a parkade one block away which is no small feat in busy Berlin! The hotel definitely met our needs.
