We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Holiday Inn – the niu, Flash Berlin Charlottenburg. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and modern, and the overall environment was peaceful and relaxing. The customer service truly stood out—every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. One thing we really appreciated was that even after check-out, they kindly held our luggage until late in the day, which made our travel plans much easier. Although breakfast wasn’t included in our booking, we chose to have it at the hotel—and it was excellent. The variety, quality, and presentation were all impressive. It was a great way to start the day. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the entire hotel was run with great care and attention to detail. We left feeling very happy and grateful for such a smooth and pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.

The rooms and the elevators are very small. Two of the front desk staffers are extremely rude. I asked for his name and he said he not going to tell me. Jessica is another rude front desk receptionist. They had a fire alarm that went off for more than 30 minutes straight, without giving us a heads up. I jumped out of my bed and reached for my passport and hit my head almost knocking me unconscious, due to how frightened I was at the thought of a fire. Once I got out in the hallway to proceed down the stairs, I overheard another disgruntled hotel guests saying, but you should have given us a heads up so that we would know it was only a test and not an actual fire. No iron to iron clothes, no phones in room and the A/C didn’t work. Very very rude front desk staffers, but they were two exceptions They need to be train

Very comfortable and clean! There's a great art supplies shop nearby and lots of restaurant choices 5/10 minute walk away. Otherwise not a lot to do (surrounded by car dealerships) but it was a 20 minute walk to the Berlin University of Arts campuses and the area around there is great - lots of food options around! Convenient buses too, if you don't want to walk. I enjoyed my stay!

The property was modern however the rooms were not very clean and the staff not very accommodating when issues were brought up nothing was done about it. The cleaners and staff constantly knocked on the door everyday to see if we were checking out and when we would be vacating the room this was really inconvenient and unpleasant.
