Spend a little extra and stay somewhere else! Day before arrival I get an email stating the hotel has not been paid for by Expedia and in order to keep my reservation I needed to pay the full amount of the hotel again. Reached out to Expedia and they tried the hotel, about an hour later it was finally taken care of. Arrived at the hotel and the room code they gave us did not work, the towels had blood or a red substance on them they told me in the chat they would come and clean the room the following day, that never happened. I also let them know, we were out of paper towels and the hand soap in the bathroom sink was empty, we were without paper towels and hand soap the entire trip. The room is VERY small, very hard for 3 adults to move around. Room has one window that tilts open and barely a breeze comes in. Couple days into the stay I reached back out letting them know we had no toilet paper, still no paper towels and still no hand soap, before the end of the day we finally got toilet paper. On the day before we checked out our room code did not work. Reached out in the chat and they saw my comments, but no response. I had to finally call and after a couple codes, we were finally able to get into our room. Hotel is not a suite as they state in the name and is not in the best area, although we never felt unsafe. Positive note, hotel staff was nice and they always had hot water. Again I would recommend digging a little deeper and stay at another hotel.

Great location, easy to get to public transport and lots of amenities around. Just take earplugs for the night and shut the window when you sleep.

Apartment was clean and nice. However right next to the train station, so I found it difficult to sleep. The area around the apartment is vibrant but I did not feel safe. This could be subjective. In terms of positives - it is right next to the station so travel would be easy. The train at this station goes to the airport directly. The apartment is clean and convenient.

Fine for what we needed. We didn’t stay much in the room. We were surprised that the train was right outside our window. The area of town was a little rough—but we just made sure to go out all together. The host is very responsive and instructions were very clear and easy.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Der Aufwnthalt war sehr angenehm und wir waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten nur Schwierigkeiten mit dem Fenster, das ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen und hakte oben aus und wir konnten die Kapseln der Kaffeemaschine nicht öffnen, eventuell fehlt da etwas. Check in und Check out waren sehr einfach, alle Fragen im Vorfeld wurden schnell und umfassend beantwortet.

Vuile vieze herriekamer met vele dele defecten.
We zouden er 15:00 uur in kunnen. Om 15:30 konden we er nog niet in, kamer moest nog schoongemaakt worden. Om 16:30 hadden we toegang. De vloer plakte, kraan van aanrechtje zat los, stoel kapot, muren vol vuile vlekken.Vreselijke herrie doordat het naast de S bahn ringline ligt. Vreselijk duur voor geen comfort, nooit meer.

Bei der Ankunft dachte ich dass ich auf einer Müll
Leider hat da mit dem Checkin nicht funktioniert, da ich keinen Zugangs Code erhalten hatte. Erst nach mehreren Versuchen per Chat und per Telefon hab ich den Code erhalten! Als ich ankam war ich geschockt von der Umgebung! Überall liegt Müll rum! Hätte ich nicht vorher bezahlt gehabt, hätte ich storniert!

La propiedad es muy bonita y tiene lo básico, está cerca de la estación del metro y del tranvía, el único pero es que no tiene aire acondicionado y en esta época está haciendo mucho calor, sumado a eso para 4 personas no puede ser porque se hace muy pequeño, para 2 o 3 maximo personas quedaría perfecta

In anderen Zimmer waren nicht gerade Leute untergebracht , die man bei einem Aufenthalt mit Kindern als Nachbarn haben muss. Waren nicht sicher, ob die Zimmer als Stundenhotel dienen.
