Love this hotel! The hospitality was amazing! Wonderful location, cannot be beat! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The bar and pianist in the beautiful lounge was lovely! Highly recommend!

This hotel has a fabulous breakfast and work out room/spa. We had a garden view room and had a gorgeous view. The UBahn is right by the hotel for transportation. Shopping, food options and Brandenburg Gate are very close to the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Elegant and comfortable hotel in a part of Berlin that the with history. However, the hotel lacks some services that are usually associated with great hotels--a variety of dining experiences, in-house or convenient diy laundry, in-house sales of toiletries, etc. Nevertheless a grand experience even if you just sit in the wonderful lobby.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Westin Grand Berlin. The location is excellent — close to the Brandenburg Gate, shops, and cafés, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with fresh bread and plenty of variety, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. The fitness centre was good, with modern cardio machines and enough space to train, though the weight equipment could use an update. My room was comfortable and quiet, making it a relaxing place to come back to after busy days in Berlin. Overall, a stylish, well-located hotel that I’d be happy to return to.
