Amazing experience, loved every minute. Thank you for the extra touches of wine and chocolates for our celebration of my partners 30th birthday. Room was exceptional and bed really comfy. Extra touches of Dyson fan and umbrella meant so much. Huge bathroom and two TVs. Would highly recommend.

Nice family suite for 6. Only 4 of us so more space. Enjoyed the apartment very much. Close to Mall of Berlin. Great location. Everything in apartment except clothes washing machine/dryer. However there's a guest one downstairs for small price. No housekeeping for short stays. Was there 5 nights. Nice to have but not big deal for us. Definitely recommend the apartment we were in for family of 4.

This Hotel somewhat misrepresented itself. The "lobby" is a small room with a chair and a laptop; one person, and NOT 24 hour. The apartment was poorly appointed, no maid service for the three days we were there, and on two of those days, there were multiple trash toters out front, full of garbage and smelly. The couch/hide a bed was uncomfortable to sit on, and I can imagine also uncomfortable to sleep on. This is NOT a four star accommodation, and significantly overpriced. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone.

There is no real lobby, no housekeeping services (unless you stay 6 days or longer), and the one person downstairs leaves at 10 pm so if you lose your key or have any other issues (which we thankfully didn’t), you may be in trouble. The apartments were functional but I’m not sure why they are so highly rated.

This hidden gem is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The location is excellent for public transport connections and right next to Checkpoint Charlie. The apartment was spotless and contained everything we needed for our stay. Staff were very nice and could not do enough for us! We will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay

We absolutely love our stay here in this hotel. It's so modern and very functional and comfortable. The whole staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They made our stay in Berlin so much easier. The location of the hotel is also perfect. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

The apartment was great- really clean and in a great location for local attractions and transport. Only a small point but we booked the one bed executive apartment for two adults and two children and we arrived at 9pm and we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. I would have expected it to be made for us. But we would definitely stay here again.
