The first thing we figured out when we got there was that we did not have the right electrical adapters. Management provided us with two and only asked that we turned them back in when we checked out. Who does that nowadays! The desk was helpful and friendly at every turn. The area was great as well. The is a market just doors down from the hotel and you can get almost anything you could need there.

Greatrooftop bar, clean hotel in heart of old town
Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town Bern with easy walk to train station with luggage. Nice clean rooms - whole hotel seemed very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar - views were amazing (part of the reason I booked this place). Great breakfast. I would stay here again.

Location: Perfect for walking to all thw sites. Nunerius restaurants and cafes within a very shirt walk. Room: Clean and perfect for a short stay. Staff: Very nice and helpful. Parkingbis off site but only a short walk away.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The restaurant was very good and located in the same hotel. We even got a free room upgrade and enjoyed the extra space.

Nice hotel good location.
This is a lovely hotel in the old part of Bern. So great location. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer. View from the window wasn’t great though. Also the twin beds pretending to be a double bed was not very good either as they were sort of moving.

Excellent location, clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. The window of the room is six feet opposite of the window of another guest room. You can see each other . So the windows have to be shut and curtains drawn closed . Right sleeping area. No desk in the room
