Bathroom was not cleaned. Found multiple hairs all around. Room near noisy exit door so door was slamming all night. Took 3 visits downstairs to get my room key to work. Terrible stay. Definitely would not go back unless had to. Service at front desk was friendly but seemed very new. Just frustrating.

I booked a three-night weekend stay for my cousin. After the first night, she tripped on a curb outside the hotel on Saturday afternoon and broke her leg. She had to be hospitalized. The hotel sales manager, Kent Franklin, not only canceled the remaining two nights, but refunded the full cost of the one night she stayed at the hotel.

The lighting in the room is very poor, especially in the bathroom. The sheets had bloodstains on them. The accessibility room is not very accessible. It shouldn’t have a bathtub. The bath chair was helpful, but not much.
