Extremely bad experience. Heater wasn't working in the room. They came to check it at 11:30 PM at night and then spent an hour working on it, at which point we had to choose to just sleep in the cold. It took ~30 minutes of using the bathroom for the water to finally start turning a little warm, and then it ended there.

Very comfortable, quiet and clean. Wonderful restaurant and excellent staff as well. The only downside is there are some small upgrades needed (e.g., a few chipped tiles here and there). Nothing serious though. A big plus is that this hotel is a free shuttle stop for National Institutes of Health. Very convenient for those receiving outpatient care at NIH.
