Beth, the manager is a liar. She has to lie, to cover up for this disgusting property. Cannot believe this is a Hilton?? Come on Hilton! Spider infested rooms? Hairballs in the sheets? White streaks on the cushions? Cracked and chipped furniture all throughout the room? Beth lied to me that she would get me a refund for checking out a night early but she refused to, and now she refuses to answer my calls? Please stay away guys, you’ll thank me later.

1. There was no space to park in front of hotel when I arrived and I could not find any valet person for 20 minutes 2. I had reserved two rooms for myself and for my sister. Staff felt annoyed and had an attitude I wanted to check in with the my room first since I was there first. Person mentioned I had to check in for both rooms but I mentioned do my room first but would not have it. 3. Room AC blows the cold air towards the bed and straight to your face while you’re lying down on the bed. I had to raise the AC temperature above the room temperature so it would not turn on. It was the same for my sisters room.
