Staff was polite and courteous but average at being helpful. Location was handy to I-270 and Metro. I stayed three nights and my room was never made up. I had to ask a maid I saw in hallway for fresh towels. My room was also oddly humid. Would probably not stay there again.

Hotel is outdated and far from everything. All the staff look like they from the 1970s. Runaway from this hotel. Its a eyesore.
