Positives are: comfy clean room, very helpful front desk staff, very nice Bistro in the lobby, free parking, convenient localtion for my trip needs. Negatives: no in room safe, 1st day no room cleaning but to be fair I did have the do not disturb sign out for part of the day; no room cleaning the second day even though I called the front desk & asked, room was cleaned the 3rd day.
