In general, our room and the property were fine. The biggest issue we had was that the hotel canceled a 3 night reservation we made through Expedia for our son & daughter-in-law 6 months ago without notifying us or Expedia. We had to rebook the day of their arrival after they flew in. Hilton had no explanation for the cancelation and would not honor the original rate. Expedia was great and tried to get the hotel to fix the problem. They gave us a credit to make up the difference in price. Glad I am a Hilton Honors Member!

We truly appreciate the front desk for allowing us to store our luggage while we waited for our room. We also loved getting to check in early. The lobby smells so lovely. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were provided with extra towels. The rooftop pool area was very cute. Our only issue was with how cold the water was at the pool. Other than that, very lovely place to hang out. The location is very metro accessible. We were close to Bethesda station. Probably a 10 minute walk. The Ubers to and from the city were not that expensive either.

I love the Bethesdan! I have stayed there several times for 3 weeks each stay. The staff is amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is perfect, cloze to restaurants and shopping. Very walkable..

The Bethesdan is a wonderful place to stay. The location is excellent, close to the NIH, restaurants , shopping and is very walkable. The rooms are spacious and very clea. The hotel staff is friendly, professional and happy to assist with whatever you need. It is the only place i stay when in Bethesda.

The housekeeping and front desk are terrible. They didn’t have my reservation at check in. After I called to confirm mat times in andvance. They said they guaranteed the rate I had locked in at upon booking. Still thousands of dollars ion my credit card with no resolution! Manager never called back and no check in my card. Blood on bath towels, they don’t clean rooms unless you call down numerous times, no soap in whole hotel. They have nobody working that can or does anything to resolve issues and I’m a Hilton Honors member, imagine if your not!

The breakfast vouchers was an irritating system, I understand its purpose but there must be a better way. Standing in a line waiting for a busy hotel receptionist to look up your name and room number so they can sign a little slip of paper allowing you to eat.. come on.

The property, as a whole, is lovely, the staff were super friendly, and it was perfect walking distance to our venue and the Metro. However... housekeeping was not consistent from person to person, and there was mold on the lip of the ice/water machine on the 8th floor- can only imagine what's happening inside the machine. Overall, an average and decent experience.
