Stayed here for 5 nights and it was great! Had a one bedroom suite so the bedroom wasn’t open to the hallway which helped to avoid hearing any foot traffic. I was able to hear the elevator ding whenever the AC was off but it wasn’t super loud. The gym was very nice which was kind of surprise. We used the free bus around the corner the most. There is a free shuttle advertised by the hotel but it was only 7am-3pm Monday-Friday to the metro but it didn’t make sense to take it. Lots of places to eat near by under a half mile!

The hotel was very nice. We didn’t have any issues with check in or while we stayed. However I was a bit upset that for the amount of money had paid for my 3-day stay, parking was not included, and $40/ day for parking was a bit excessive. I decided to use a public parking garage around the corner but that was inconvenient to walk too. The lack of amenities in the room was also a bit of a let down. There was a microwave in the ice room, but who wants to have to leave their room just to warm their food. Also community microwave sounds gross. The pool was nice, and the general atmosphere was nice too. Again, this is a nice place to stay, family friendly, and very nice staff. Just don’t expect the luxury experience they try to market you.

This hotel made me go back to Airbnbs. Cleanliness: For one i was sitting on the lobby couch waiting for my room out of exhaustion and i got attacked by little bugs, i think it was bed bugs! Once i got a better look at the couch i realized how old and filthy it was! I also saw several roaches running up the hotel walls. The room was fairly clean but the tv didnt work and the lamp would not turn off, i had to physically unplug it every time. Customer Service: The staff is very rude and horrible! They were ALL so unfriendly to me. I had to call and have a key made for my roommate cause i was out working a 12 hour shift. The front desk just kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. After 30-40 mins i finally talked to them and they gave me such a hassle just to get the key made. I arrived later that night exhausted from working all day in the sun to find no parking in their tiny garage! They would not let me park in the empty handicap spots so i had to park on the street but they still charged me $40! Even after they said they would refund me! Also i stayed in a room at the end of the hall but all night i could still hear the elevator bell ring every time it stopped on our floor. I absolutely hated every minute of staying here! I expected a lot more from a Hilton property. Im done staying at these bad hotels. The staff just doesnt care and they clearly dont care about the upkeep of the hotel either.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. My one complaint would be the breakfast. Not because it cost $25 minimum, but because the scrambled eggs were absolutely horrible. The worst eggs I’ve ever had. They offered eggs of my choice, but I did not have the time for that. The bacon was mushy and the coffee was weak. The server however, was very nice

Such a great room!!

Our stay at the The Bethesden was wonderful. The room was so spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable!! We stayed for three nights so we interacted with lots of staff. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The television stations are limited and there were a few things wrong in the room but they were quick to try to rectify them all. The location is great! Walking dustance to everything! We will definitely stay there again.
