Had no hot water in shower, staff wanted to say it did, when you have goosebumps in water I'd say its not hot water. Furnace had a constant rattle all night. When you pay 200 for a couple hours of sleep, you hope youd get some minimal basics.

Will never return again!

The front desk guy was not inviting or pleasant. The elevators were freezing and had a completely different temperature than the actual hotel. The heating system in the room we were in blew out cold air even on 75 for heat. We were told the parking was $20 a day even though we parked at a family member’s house. We stayed for 4 days and we were told that housekeeping only changed the sheets every 3 days and since we were checking out the next day we had to wait but suggested that he would send someone upstairs with clean linen and we could change the bedding ourselves because they only had 2 housekeepers and they had a lot of people checking in due to the inauguration the next day. Unprofessional and tacky in my opinion! I will never come back to this EVEN hotel.

This hotel was in a great area, very close to a train station and also had lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The nightly rate was very affordable and it was a very clean and friendly property. Very happy with my choice to stay here.

Nice spot for business travel.

Nice hotel for business travel. Walking distance to metro and various restaurants. Large gym. Free filtered water on a few floors and in the lobby. The last two times I've stayed there they've had elevator issues.
