I am a little disappointed I had to pay for parking. As an IHG member it should be included. The room was nice, but the hallways felt like cold, eerie and depressing. The staff was helpful. Probably won’t stay again.

Imposter Hotel -

Check in was rough ! Front desk didn’t have my room i booked - i asked questions politely and a Latino lady stepped in with attitude and was rude. My room was dirty- walls a mess and a stain on the shade BIG- the shower had hand wash and sanitizer in the shower and the shampoo and conditioner by the sink…i used to stay there for weeks btw 2015 19 for week and it was clean. nice bar and great staff - it’s run down now dirty and staffed by a group of people that struggle with the language and computer at check in- I’m all for hiring anyone for help no matter what- but this staff is in serious need of hospitality training dealing with patrons !!! Too many options in the area strike this one from your list! I loved this place years ago and this Brand should be totally embarrassed by this hotel…!
