The heater was very noisy. It woke us up at night. The carpet was wet all along the base of the refrigerator but eventually dried out. We received no clean towels or other room services the whole time (four nights). The Wi-Fi required a lot of personal information so we decided not to use it assuming that we would then receive your ads. The front desk was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Good location.

Staff were terrific, rooms clean. Unfortunately ice was not available on any floor which was an inconvenience for me as I had had oral surgery during the stay. But it in no way ruined the stay, the front desk staff always accommodate me, just a bit of an inconvenience.

It was not your typical Hilton. More of an upgraded Holiday Inn. It was clean, but dated. Very limited dining. But the employees were VERY accommodating. They bent over backwards to try to make you welcome.
