Me and my fiancé was bit by some bug ( maybe a bed bug). My fiancé was bit on her forehead, while I was bit on my thigh and back. I also had to deal with a broken toilet for the two days I was there

Stay somewhere else. The room and bathroom were poorly lit and the temperature control was not great. Breakfast was mediocre, and the sausage was not cooked through. When I told the breakfast attendant, I was simply told more sausage was coming. I don’t recommend this hotel.

I did not have breakfast in the hotel. I had a coffee maker in the room, and I loved it. I have been to this hotel several times. I have always had good experiences.

Room was clean, sufficient. The desk doesn't know how to follow through on requests though, so even though we booked well in advance and called immediately after booking, they still didn't give us rooms where the door could open between them. We did, however, get requested bathtubs in each room which was also important as we were there to visit grandchildren who couldn't use showers easily. Pool was cold but was warmed up after we let them know. Breakfast is $17, not complimentary and although it looked like it might be tasty, there are many places nearby that can easily beat this price and still hold the quality of what is being offered. A bit of a disappointment with a Holiday Inn where they used to offer a complimentary breakfast that was enough to start the day just fine, something I think they should reconsider bringing back.

I want to share my appreciation for the kindness of the staff here— I misplaced a necklace during my stay and while we weren’t able to find it, the combined effort of the front desk and housekeeping team meant a lot in terms of relieving the stress over losing something dear to us. Will be recommending this place! We loved the pool too

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, but the hotel is outdated and noisy. The bed and pillows were horrible, the towels were also very bad and stiff. You could hear everything in the hallway into your room and the room next door had super loud music past midnight. Would not recommend staying here. Pay the extra 50-100$ for a better hotel in the area.
