O hotel oferece um conforto bom, porem deixou a desejar em 2 quesitos: 1 Pingava agua do teto do banheiro encima de quem usava o vaso sanitário, sensação horrível para quem está sentado no vaso, pois a goteira era nas costas! Ainda no banheiro o exaustor NAO funcionava, dificultando a saída dos odores. 2 Falta de profissionalismo e cordialidade da equipe do café da manhã, chegamos para o café eram 9:30h e ja haviam funcionários pegando comida escondida em saquinhos plásticos, vários, principalmente do restaurante. Quando encerrou o horário, nenhum nos perguntou se poderiam recolher ou se desejávamos mais alguma coisa, simplesmente retiraram com ate uma certa grosseria como se nos os estivéssemos atrapalhando. Acho em que a Gerencia deve ficar atenta, pois como hospede, vejo como um desrespeito.

Faltou toalha e sabonete no quarto, foi solicitado e não foi atendido, tivemos que descer, esperar na fila do Check-in para conseguir. Depois fomos ao restaurante, terceiras pessoas a fazer o pedido de duas canjas de galinha, após o restaurante estar bem mais movimentado fomos informados de que não havia disponível a sopa, que deveríamos escolher outra coisa do cardápio e nosso pedido foi para o final da fila, o restaurante já contava com mais de. 15 pessoas, a resposta pela demora do nosso pedido foi que teria somente 1 cozinheira, mas na realidade o erro aconteceu no atendimento. Detalhe, qdo entramos no restaurante não fomos atendidos, tivemos que levantar e ir ao balcão para fazê-lo.

Me hospedei do dia 30/08 ao dia 01/09. Durante as duas diárias de permanência, a temperatura da água quente não agradou. Banho morno pra frio, quase gelado. Outros hóspedes também reclamaram do mesmo problema. Além disso, o condensador do ar condicionado fica bem próximo a janela do quarto, fazendo barulho quando ligado e atrapalhando o sono de quem tem sono leve. Do resto, como qualquer outro hotel de rede, quartos pequenos e banheiros minúsculos, porém atendendo o que se propõe.
