Very unhappy and unfriendly staff. Beds are in bad shape with stains and uncomfortable. Pool is very cold and unclean. Musky smell in the units and poor airflow so they get very hot during the day. Mosquitos at night are severe. Avoid staying here at all costs.

Très bon séjour, l’accueil et le personnel au top, très serviable et à l’écoute. Seule bémol est la propreté du logement et que j’ai signalé, et son venus faire le constat et en été désolé. Bon sejour, bel region

Bon séjour, personnel agréable. Résidence calme, village très sympathique à deux pas. Dommage logement le long de la petite route très passante le matin à 8h par des camions. Animation moyen, si vous venez pour cela je ne recommande pas. Par contre la visite autour de la region je recommande +++ Possibilité de réserver vos vienoiseries pour 9h.

Prévu Nous étions 3 et nous avons réservé un duplex pour 4. Celui-ci n'avait que la porte d’entrée comme ouverture . On devait se partage un seul ventilateur qui brassait à peine l’air. Sûrement très pratique en hiver mais étant au mois d’août c’était juste compliqué la nuit avec la chaleur étouffante. On a eu la surprise aussi d’être privé de la piscine car nous n’avions pas de slip de bain comme prévu au règlement. Bref on était heureux de rester qu’une nuit. Heureusement aussi qu’on avait notre gel douche car il n’y en avait plus.

En arrivant sur place avec ma petite famille, on apprend que notre réservation a été annulée pour cause de sur-booking depuis 2 jours, sans nous avoir prévenus... La centrale d'achat Expédia remet la faute sur Vacancéole, et inversement! Beau partenariat entre ces deux-là au détriment du client. Avec aucune proposition de solution, si ce n'est un remboursement : scandaleux!
