La habitación y el baño de dimensiones adecuadas. El personal si bien fue correcto, con 38 grados de temperatura adujo condiciones de seguridad alimentaria para negarse a guardar en el refrigerador embutidos que había comprado en Parma, tampoco había expendedor de hielo. Había parking disponible.

Great save, nice, perfect

Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.

The location across the street from the Porto Nuova train station is very convenient. It's a lovely hotel and the room was comfortable.

Excellent all over!

The hotel was very tidy and the breakfast was nice. It was quite expensive compared to other Italian hotels. It is challenging to get to the hotel without a car as it is not near any metro stations. The beds were very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. The rooms are clean, but dated. Water is available in the room for a fee.
