Unfortunately the hotel management was quite inflexible in assisting with an unintended and erroneous duplicate reservation that was made in the same name/time. They charged for both reservations and made no effort to accommodate me as customer, in fact, a repeat customer. Highly disappointed.

This hotel is in a great location for walking the old downtown and access to the beaches, shopping district and cafes. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Definitely include the breakfast if you stay as it was an outstanding continental spread. If I'm back in Biarritz, I'm staying here again.

Lovely boutique hotel, located in the walkable distance to the shopping district, ocean and other places of interest. Great breakfast, attentive personnel. Overall vibe in this hotel was very welcoming. It was my first time in Biarritz and definitely not the last one.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay for one-night here. The check-in was super quick and friendly. I booked a carpark ahead of time via the Expedia message system and it was sorted instantly. The hotel is very well set up with all that you need for a great time in Biarritz. Our sea-view room was stunning, loved all the little details. Especially enjoyed the afternoon tea time with delicious coffee and baked treats. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we look forward to booking again soon.

Friendly service, nice room, we had a fantastic view. Comfy rooms. Walkable to shopping and food. On-site parking is limited in Biarritz, so expect to park in a parking garage, which is no big deal.
