Convenient beachfront location. Basic accommodation but comfortable enough for family of 4. Aircon in our room was omitting a disgusting smell luckily we didnt need to use it.

Brilliant stay, fantastic service. Great restaurants around the area that also accommodate for take aways. The rooms were exceptionally clean. It left us feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the rest of our road trip. I would recommend if you are in the area!

Beachfront at Bicheno was very pleasant to stay in. Across the road from the beach and hotel has a pool too. Staff were good. I was disappointed that as we booked a family room for 4 people, only 3 went yet we were charged for the 3rd person’s linen. Justification from staff was that each room is for 2 people (this was a 4 person allocated room). Does not make sense!

Great location.
The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Easy walk to the beach with great views. The place was accessible and in a convenient location. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Great value. Highly recommend this motel.
