Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.

It’s little dated, but I needed a place to stay before my flight the next day. The hotel had everything I needed, especially wonderfully cold air conditioning. I would say that the corridors are unnecessarily dark. Overall, a positive experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. The hotel is very new and well maintained. I stayed in a suite with a large balcony overlooking both the lake and the surrounding mountains. The was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The infinity pool and spa facilities were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere, Although I only stayed for one night, I found myself wishing I had booked a longer stay. If I return to this area in the future, I will definitely stay for at least two nights. Highly recommended!

Hotel Horizon Wellness & Spa was exactly what we needed on our trip. Staff were extremely pleasant to interact with and very informative. Hotel amenities were excellent.
