Cute hotel right in the center of the museum campus. I came during the heatwave of June 2026 and the per-room adjustable AC blew nice and cold through the night. Shower was big and clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. I even had a big fridge with a freezer which was amazing. Loved my stay here and would come again

Lonely stay at a beautiful hotel in a convenient location..Room was lovely and staff very welcoming.. The only thing that let this hotel down was lack of vegan options at breakfastdespite me shaking prior to stay..Once i asked they found me some yogurt but would be nice to have dairy free spread so could have toast.

I especially want to highlight the care and dedication of the staff—one night after walking all over Berlin during a heatwave my daughter managed to lock herself out of our room and we were so exhausted we didn’t hear her knocking. The staff found her wandering in her pjs, gave her a popsicle to calm her down and got her back to our room safely, and we didn’t even know it had happened until the next morning. The hotel itself is beautiful, and in a lovely quiet area surrounded by beautiful green parks while still being in the heart of Berlin. We were there for a family vacation and being able to slip into the back door of the zoo was magical.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush. We informed staff, but they did nothing. Then we lost lights in our room. Staff actually said to me “ I don’t know what to do”. Room was nice, but old. Staff was friendly, but ultimately unhelpful. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent location whether on foot or by car to see the sights of Berlin. Also excellent proximity to train (U-Bahn). Rooms were cleaned daily and always felt comfortable in our stay over the 10+ days. Highly recommend the SANA Berlin.

We arrived a bit early for check in, but our room was ready and much appreciated. Staff at the front desk were phenomenal! Very welcoming, pleasant and informative. Anytime we stopped by and/ or passed by, we were always greeted pleasantly.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Well-located for typical tourist activities, but not super congested traffic. Close to the train station and public transit. We took the train in and out of Berlin, walked everywhere else. (One day I had 40,000 steps). I would definitely go back to Berlin and specifically this hotel. After visiting Nürnberg, München, Stuttgart, Berlin was my favorite. The number of historical and historic places, the healthy, youthful vibe of the people. I thought it was a little hilarious how crowded the “mall” was from an American perspective. A mall was the last place we wanted to go, but it was convenient to purchase an electrical adapter (once we found Media Markt).
