An A+ hotel room with a stove and full-size fridge
Frank and Pepper at the front desk were so hospitable, warm, and friendly. They made us feel very welcome. The rooms are super cool — hipster vibes — plus, we had a full-size fridge, stove, and oven?! Yes, we love it. We spent the evening hanging outside by the fire pit, and it was the perfect little getaway for me and my fiance.

THE place to stay in Big Bear
We enjoyed our visit to sessions. The property is in a great location in the heart of Big Bear. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. They have a wonderful common area with a large kitchen, pool table, sitting area, and more. The staff was incredible and made use feel welcomed and valued as guests. If you are going to Big Bear, this is the place to stay!

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly. Property was clean with many activities. The room comfortable but had a wall furnace which didn’t work at first but was warm once it kicked on ( after tapping the thermostat). I had called the front desk for assistance and someone arrived quickly but had it working before he arrived. With the wall furnace, the tile bathroom was COLD. But it is winter. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife, pet dog Niko, and I traveled for the first time to Big Bear Lake and we stayed at the Sessions Retreat & Hotel for three nights and we absolutely loved it. We travel often and we are always looking for the best places to stay that are central to the city, offer free parking, and are pet friendly. This hotel fit all of our needs. We stayed in their Chalet studio room and the room offered amenities such as a full kitchen, full sized refrigerator, and a microwave. We will definitely be back soon and this is where we will be staying.

Quick one night stay — in the “motel style” part of the hotel. Easy parking, friendly staff. Only two things I would change are to offer more lighting in rooms (VERY dark and dim lighting-even during the day) and also give more towels at the start of the stay. (More hand towels at least for face washing, etc)

I stayed in Logde building Junior Suite. Room is comfortable, but very basic, doesn’t have any table or chair. But all these is compensated by very handy area on the first floor, that has everything: fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas and even fireplace and billiard.
