The Guy that checked us in wasnt very friendly our first room we had ahard time opening the entry door we had to puch hard to open it then our heater didnt work when the check in guy came to look at it he was rude. He put us in a different room but you could see the out side from under our door. We will never stay there again

Nice stay great price

Very nice stay for the price. Decent breakfast with sausage eggs potatoes pancakes and other things. Called and asked for more coffee for the room and they brought right up. Very nice people and I would definitely stay there again.

Only book if no other options in town

Heat for King sized bed area was a very old plug in heater. Big gaps under both entrances to room. Pull out bed filthy. Bathroom fan did not work. Took 30 minutes in lobby just to wait for attendant to arrive for check in.

Good price and breakfast was good.

The price was great for just needing a place to crash for one night. The hotel is a little run down and in need of some repairs. The seal on the bottom of the door to my room was missing so there was a 1/4" gap open to the outside.

Not adequate

Not kid friendly, paid $50 to use their crib for 2 nights. They had no sheets for the crib mattress (that was less than 2 inches thick). They seemed confused when I asked for them. I was given towels to wrap the mattress with. There was no tub stopper either to give the baby a bath. When I showered and washed her bottles there was no hot water at all. The next day the hot water worked but that was after I already braved the cold water. Mattresses were also super hard. Hallway smelled like weed and septic.

Hire a new worker at night.

The cleanliness was good. The worker that helped me check in brushed of my request of adding a night to my stay. He stated I needed to go to the front desk at 11 the next day to add an extra day. I talked to a different worker and she was great and actually helped me out instead of being lazy and dismissive. I was woken up to the worker banging on my door accusing me of not paying for another night. I tried to explain to the worker that I had already worked it out with his coworker. He kept insisting that I was wrong and I needed to book another night. Eventually he found out he was wrong. Will definitely not be staying at this big rapids quality inn location again.
