Place looks tired. Pool is massive but rather grotty and poorly maintaned

Highly Recommend! The hotel is in the most convenient place, right on the edge of the Old Town, making it perfectly located. As soon as you step outside, you have restaurants right, left and in front of your - so literally having the Old Town vibe on the hotel doorstep. The main mosque is 30 second walk 😎 We travelled my car, and although it’s very busy when you arrive through the 1 way street, the hotel does have private parking spaces for its residents on the side street (a big plus) Just let them know when you arrive and the staff direct you to the spot. The hotel receptionists were amazing, thank you to both the female and male staff. Super friendly, helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and modern, not the biggest but more than good enough. Wi-Fi worked great too! Breakfast was a a mix of traditional Bosnian food and European Continental; which suited us to a treat 👌👌 All in all, highly recommended because this hotel will be hard to beat in terms of location and the friendly staff! I would definitely be staying here again when I return to Sarajevo!

This property was the best. It was right in old town, the perfect location. They provided breakfast which was so nice. The owners and staff are the best. They are so friendly and helpful and will help with travel and tours. The best place to stay in Mostar!! Thank you so much for everything.

The location was great, right near Latin Bridge and Old Town. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and the staff were all very helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. I would easily stay here again.

Property has a great location right next to eternal flame. Property does have elevators up to 9th floor, however hotel is located above that and you have to take the stairs to get to your room, ours was on the 12th floor so it was a challenge if you have elderly parent with you or lot of luggage. Upon entrance the door handle was broken which we reported to the staff and they said they are waiting for the part to fix it but we can still access the room. One of our rooms didn’t have air conditioning and being on the last floor it was HOT! We could open windows but it was still uncomfortable. Toilet seat was broken which we reported as well, however it was not addressed by the hotel. Rooms were dated with stained stools and bedding. The rooms I booked listed balcony which was the main reason we picked this place, however when we got there, neither rooms had that. I brought it up to the staff and the said their hotel doesn’t have balconies only terrace that belong to the restaurant below and that it was the listing error. Some rooms have a door with guard rails but still not considered a balcony. No rooms in that building had balcony so if you’re looking for it, go somewhere else

The hotel is not well maintained. The breakfast is very basic and not fresh. The staff at the reception were not very helpful.
