Good hotel & location, toilets didnt have a fan or vent so that was annoying a bit. Room can get stuffy after showers & smell after #2 - its also next to a club so you hear music til 6am if you dont mind. Otherwise its near a lot of stuff.

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and friendly service. Amazing location for seeing the city of Bilbao. Only thing missing was a coffee machine in the room. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Guest services was very friendly and helpful. Room exceeded our expectations with really comfortable bed, thoughtfully laid out, excellent rain shower and nice bathroom.
