Good experience

All was great except the food. Room service options were very basic, the burger I got was undercooked (not rare, but oddly very raw in the middle..by oddly I mean I could see tendons and the outline of the ground beef) and thr chips were floppy and cold. Apart from that the breakfast buffet was ok, it’d be nice to have real egg now powdered. Apart from that it’s clean and the rooms are really nice, staff is also lovely.

The hotel is very close to most things in Bilbao. Next door to the bus terminal, lots of restaurants near by and the hotel is less than 3 mins walk to San Mames Stadium. The room is clean with basic necessities but there was no complimentary bottles of water which was disappointing. The TV channels on offer were moderate. Housekeeping people were fantastic.

Nice hotel in a good location

The hotel is well located to the station, metro and bus station and a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. Rooms are spacious and clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. We didn’t really like the open shower right next to the bedroom. Glad I was travelling with my wife and not my sister.

Solid fine, newer property. Very clean, environmentally focused, front desk team was a true standout. All very helpful and store luggage no problem even after checking out hold for the day. Location is on the other side of main bus terminal so if traveling this way is convenient. Other than that not much close to hotel so requires a lot of walking or taxi rides. There is a cafe on the corner and a few places but not enough to see or explore.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location in the old town. Perfect for experiencing Laurel Street and the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed our stay.
