I've stayed at the Sercotel Coliseo in Bilbao for several years sadly for the first time there was no capacity for onsite parking. Anything that could be done to improve the capacity of onsite parking would be most welcome.

Great junior suite, clean and quiet. Bar not well used in the evening so lacked some atmosphere. Breakfast not well organised with tables not reafy despite booking sitting. Nice clean hotel in a pleasant location. Staff is super. The only reason for not a perfect score is the room set-up. There is a set of four stairs from the bed to the bathroom. i am okay with stairs in general. But at night when I am still half-asleep, with the shadows, it is easy to miss a step. Also no idea why there are two clouded glass windows in the bathroom. When you turn on the bathroom lights it brightens the whole room.

Hotel in a very good location. Convenient for shops and a short walk to the old town and other attractions in the area. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful and responsive to questions, posed. On a negative note: A kettle for preparing hot drinks would be an advantage, especially in an establishment rated **** stars. Overall, a very good experience.

Comfortable stay
Comfortable spacious room. We ended up using the breakfast buffet as nothing was open nearby first thing on a Sunday morning and it was very good. Wish there was a coffee machine in the room.

Very good hotel with excellent service from check in to departure. Perfect location, breakfast enjoyable, bed extremely comfortable and room very well serviced including a reasonably priced minibar. Would definitely stay again and will use Sercotel again, a chain I wasn't aware of.
