Very good location. Sound proof rooms very quiet and dark, love it. No fluff hotel but everything one needs very close by. Highly recommend it.

Hotel ok but location not so good
Nice enough hotel, very clean and rooms at usual Ibis standard. Location not great though if you require to sleep occasionally as too many yobs and drunks doing their best to keep everyone awake at 3am. Not the fault of the hotel of course but still an adverse factor.

Most of the attractions in Bilbao are at a walkable distance from the hotel. Hotel is comfortable and safe.

Staff were very helpful and willing to phone taxis for us. The breakfast for 9.50 euros per person was very good, with plenty of choice. The bathroom could have done with an update but the bed was clean and comfortable.

Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Hotel clean and tidy, with limited facilities. In a reasonable location about 20/25 minute walk to Old Town and Guggenheim. Good breakfast. About 20 minute taxi drive from airport at a cost of E30

Beds really comfortable. Shower was big and clean. Ask for 2 nd pillow and was given then immediately. Everyone was friendly. Very central for every where.

The room is very nice and clean. Excellent accessibility to all the main city attractions. The only complaints I had was the breakfast food were not fresh and did not taste good!
