Wonderful female solo trip

Friendly from the moment I checked in and great communication even before! As a solo traveller I felt welcomed, safe and well looked after. Breakfast was amazing - I’m gluten free and they couldn’t have been more helpful!

The hotel information listed the “Terraza” as open at night, so we could enjoy the bar and the view and have a good time every night and we found that it was closed, and no refund was issued because of that… Very disappointed…

Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was a big disappointment. We planned to stay there for 3 nights, but left after the first. When checking in, we received a completely different room than the one in the photo when we did booking, the hotel was booked a month before arrival. We received a room that is designed for people with disabilities. The walls in the room were dirty, the curtain on the window was torn, there was no view from the window. They did not change our room right away, they said that the hotel was full, the next day we were offered a room that we had to wait for and the room was somewhere near the hotel on the first floor, we were not shown what it would be and we decided to leave because our plans had already been disrupted due to the irresponsibility of the hotel. Terrible experience. The breakfast 3 points from 5. The terrace was fully closed but no information about it when you do booking. Never again!

Central location, compact and clean and tidy.

Fantastic location in the centre of the city just a short walk from the main food and drink square and close to the market. Compact rooms very clean and modern. Excellent staff. But no car park so need to use one of the ones nearby.

This hotel is in a great location. The hop on hop off bus stop is right across the street so we didn't need to go far to pick that up. There is a restaurant next door that was great. It's also walkable to other sites. I would recommend.

I’ve stayed with them for more than five times I like the location I like the hotel I like the cleanliness I like everything but the last two times they lied to me, conned me, and tried to downgrade me into different rooms the last time which was during June 23 to July 1 my 64th birthday this time they did not correct it and I was forced to pay an extra $800 to get the room that I paid for originally which they sent me pictures of and I have pictures of the last few times I’ve stayed here so I know the building. I know the hotel. I was going there since they opened it up in 2019 But this time they’re a bunch of liars and misled me and robbed me. I am very unhappy until this is taken care of I’m going to try to pursue this another directions and it’s not the money. It’s the principles they took advantage of me. I don’t know what it is. Maybe because I’m an American maybe because I’m an older Person. But I feel I was discriminated against and I never used that term ever but this time it wouldn’t go away. I tried through my orbit connection. They told me they would work on it. Nothing it’s a bunch of lies and I really like the place I’m not saying anything bad about it, but they insisted on robbing me for a lousy $800 and not give me the room that I paid for which I’ve already done three times prior to the same room which I have pictures of photos. I have all my receipts and I feel they misled me and you could go have fun. Good luck they gave me the worst room in the building I
