Disgusting hotel! Don not stay here

We had to leave the hotel because it was so disgusting! As soon as you walked in the building it stuck like stale cigarettes and the carpets were stained black. We got to our room there was hair in our bed, blood stain all over the arm of the couch, trash underneath the pull out sofa. And some disgusting dirty pillows thrown behind the chair in the corner. This is not a family friendly place! I wouldn’t stay at this hotel by myself let alone with my family!

The mattresses were terrible. I had a hard time sleeping. Things were a little dated, but for the price I was happy with that and it was clean.

For a Wyndham Hotel they should be ashamed. Bathtub had never been cleaned black filth stain around the tub, 1/2 used bar of soap on upper ledge in shower. Toilet doesn’t flush properly, dirty!! Blood stains on bed, pillowcases stained, used rubber glove on floor between nightstand and bed, smell of urine?? Old pet smells. Parking lot is a mess. Pool and jacuzzi water is green. Should have immediately asked for a refund when we arrived but after driving 12 hours towards a funeral we were too tired. This will be a trip to remember for years. I won’t post our pictures

The pool was open until midnight, and I do love that. Unfortunately I stepped in glass. They didn’t even have bandaids to give out so I used a pool towel, some gauze, and Neosporin they had. So many doors with guests inside were popped open so that felt creepy. Drug deals or other nefarious activities? Not sure. Breakfast was free, but that was the only good thing about it.

This hotel was a dump. Dirty to the extreme. They do not have an elevator and so you will have to haul your luggage yourself. Broken everything. Toilet was not flushing because the lever was broken. Door lock was broken. Overall a pretty ugly and the worst hotel I have been to. Then the price is high too.

Disappointed at Baymont!

When we arrived person wasn't the friendliest person for a customer service rep. We went to our room on the second floor., one bed did not even have a blanket and the other beds blanket was nothing but an extra sheet. We asked for a second room, which wasn't any better. The door didn't shut correctly, had to shove the door shut from inside the room and when leaving you had to pull the door shut aggressively. When entering the room you had to bang your shoulder into door after using your card key on it. I had to bring my own blanket in from my car...the person at the front desk said they had blankets on order but did not have any extra to spare. WAS NOT AN ENJOYABLE PLACE TO STAY!!
