The greeting at check in was pleasant, and the other details of the room and overall property were average. However, this motel is forever off my list of options because it has the fatal flaw of NO hot water to shower with in the morning. Inexcusable!

Overall positive experience with my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms had everything I needed for a short stay. There's no restaurants or shopping in the immediate area, but they are easily accessed with a vehicle.

Our room with nice hard surface flooring was very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff greeted us upon check-in and in the morning. The hotel is located in a quiet area, It was a great value for the price!

Nice reasonable place to stay.

Love staying there when in town for husband dr appointments, the beds are nice and love the hot water to shower, had good water pressure, though the round egg thingie for breakfast are not so good, and running out of a few breakfast stuff, the biscuit and gravy was good, it close to shopping and easy to go to dr at the hospital, only ten minutes away,

Recently renovated room made my stay pleasant. Sometimes it's a crap shoot ... but this will go on my list as a clean and safe future option when traveling through again. It is not perfect ... but I am picky and still liked it. Request a room facing the prairie dog colony ... an added bonus for this tourist. I cannot speak to the other amenities. It was a short drive to plenty of food options.

After a grueling 13-hour drive that began at 5 a.m., I arrived at the hotel expecting nothing more than a night of rest, only to be met with a frustrating display of poor customer service. I was blindsided by a mandatory $100 “cash-only” deposit something never mentioned during booking and during a prior phone call, despite numerous online reviews warning of this very issue, calling it a potential scam. The situation was further complicated by the complete lack of an on-site ATM, which I brought up with a manager, only to be dismissively told they aren’t “required” to have one. Exhausted and overwhelmed, I ended the conversation, only for the manager to call back repeatedly without cause. When I attempted to go to my room, I was aggressively told that if I didn’t continue the conversation, I would be forced to leave and that no other hotel would accept a 19-year-old guest, a claim that turned out to be false after I called nearby hotels myself. To make matters worse, the next morning I was left waiting at the front desk for someone to appear, only to be met with more delays and a final condescending “you can leave now” when I asked about my deposit. The entire experience was unnecessarily stressful, riddled with disrespect, and emblematic of a serious lack of professionalism and basic hospitality.

The room was clean and we really didn't have any major complaints. Towel bar in bathroom had broken off prior to our stay and hadn't been fixed. Staff at front desk wasn't very helpful.

The overnight clerk was not prepared to help guests check in. She had to call the manager in to help (after we stood at the check in counter for 30 minutes around midnight after travelling for 17 hours!) We had completed online check in and just wanted to get into the room, but stood unacknowledged for half an hour before being helped. It was awful.

Very noisy. Lots of in and out traffic throughout the night on side doors and rooms. Walls were so thin, woke up every time anything or anyone went by. Not at all updated rooms and very basic amenities. They were still getting breakfast area ready when it was time for it to open, so no options for anyone leaving right at 6am. Not even a coffee and yogurt to go.
