We stayed in this hotel for a night before heading to Yellowstone National Park. Customer service at the front desk carries the “I don’t care attitude”. Our room is clean, bed is comfortable and internet is good. The sound proofing not great as we can hear both sides of our neighbours. The location of the hotel is quite and yet it’s easy to go back to freeway I 90. Don’t have any dining options around the area except fast food. Overall it is an okay choice for our family.

No room service, unless requested. I thought that was part of hotel service. Had to ask for clean towels everyday. The water in the shower was not hot. No closet in room. The bathroom sink area was small.

Room was very nice- night staff person Isiah was very rude and unfriendly. On his phone the three times I asked a question. I had the impression I was ‘bothering him’. Linda however - morning staff person was trying to be helpful because I couldn’t get a receipt for my room? Never did get a receipt. Morning person never showed up for the breakfast shift so Linda was trying to do that AND be at the front desk. You need better staff help.

Everything was quite good. Rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast bar was somewhat depleted early but staff member did refill while we were using. Exercise facility was clean and machines were in working order. A staff member was difficult to understand. Speech was rapid and mumbled.

Good Stay with 1 Hiccup
Overall it was good and clean. My family enjoyed the stay. However, one little hiccup was when my nephew tried to shower last night, the water took awhile to warm up to a suitable temp. He waited a half hour and turned it back on and it was hot. Not sure what was the problem. But it was an enjoyable stay for us.
