The Breakfast was very limited on choices and there was a water slide in the pool that you have to pay an additional $5 to ride. Also the lack of security is concerning, most of the doors are unlocked all the time.

It was a great place for some rest and relaxing and pool was nice… just would have been better if the other hot tub was actually filled up completely.

The room was really nice with comfortable beds and a new TV. Breakfast was great and best of all the staff where really friendly. The nice lady that was working the front desk turned the water on so we could use the water slide on the pool area. We had so much fun!

I called the hotel number from the airport. It goes to an umbrella number. They assured me that there was a shuttle and gave me the direct number to the hotel. There was no shuttle. That was a HUGE issue at well after midnight. Other issues included - the lock on the connecting door didn't work. The toilet was incredibly low. The was no elevator. The laundry room did not have a functioning washing machine. There was a strong marijuana smell every night. Something happened in the parking lot - shots were fired, police were on site. The bed was fine. No bedbugs in my room, although some woman with kids loudly proclaimed that they were leaving because of bedbugs. There was a swimming pool. Breakfast was served. It was cheap. I was able to walk to the Conference Center next door, where I was attending. I did laundry at the Conference Center, where I also ate... and attended the Conference. The whole not having a shuttle thing - that was a big deal. There were no taxi's. Lyft didn't show up after several attempts. I ended up paying a stranger to drive me to the hotel. I was lucky.

Rooms floors were dirty, the pool was great, but the staff was terrible. The front desk lady was so mean to my friends and I. We were sure to be respectful, only to then be treated like absolute garbage. We were banned for having a miscommunication about the checkout time and she proceeded to come in the parking lot and yell at us to leave when we were just trying to figure out what we were doing next. You definitely get what you paid for:(

The property was portly taken care off. Bed has stains. Shower had mold and a very large drain hole that had a deep whirl to it and was gross. Looked like maid only cleaned areas that you can see right when you walk in the room. The pillows were so worn down and used that the maid smooshed them to look like to small throw pillow sized pillows on our bed. Will not stay there ever again. Night staff is unprofessional and doesn’t know mix about the facility either.

We had 2 adults and 2 small children for the stay. Beds had 3 very small pillows each. Was notified it was $5 a person to use the small waterslide at the pool. Place smelled like pot. People up and down hallways all night. Room beside us had police called for a domestic at 3:00 am. You could hear everything the neighbours upstairs were doing and I mean everything ! Heard the ice machine banging all night long in the hallway. Breakfast options were limited. Highlight of the stay my son found a dead praying mantis in the pool for his collection.

Old it’s clear that reinvestment wasn’t a priority for quite some time. Very Bad smells and odor. First thing we had to Do was get a new remote as batteries were done!! Inadequate staff, which required us to go get a replacement as she could not leave the desk. Just overall negative experience in quality and service. Sorry I usually don’t give a negative report at all. I thought Joward Johnson’s would have been better.

Floors in rooms were pretty dirty. Wasnt what i saw on the internet. Disappointed. Leaky fridgerators, and toilets. Staff at front desk were great but hotel not so much. All right if you were just staying one night.

Beware the hotel hell

Things seem to disappear from the lobby when checking in and when you ask the staff about it they dont know anything about it, key didnt work either for our room at first had to drive back to the lobby to get our key to work, the bed was also hard as well and good luck contacting the hotel to ask if they found an expensive medical machine because the number for the hotel does not work wont even ring once. Most definitely recommend avoiding this place like p.diddy trying to avoid prison time.
