Staff is great, my husband was ill and even though they were full, Chloe at the front desk extended our stay one more night in the same room. The breakfast was very good, the woman who is solely in charge of the dining area is very friendly and competent. The breakfast is well stocked and impeccably clean. The gym is small but the equipment is good and well maintained and clean.

It was extremely noisy at night, the doors slam close, so people coming and leaving late, was hard to sleep.

The room was very clean. I had asked for a room on the 3rd Floor because the hotel allowed pets but I was declined that request. There was a dog in the next room that started barking at 4:30 in the morning. I stayed for 3 days and it happened every morning. I won’t stay there again even though everything else else was great.

Very nice stay in the Billings area
Fantastic hotel right off I-90. Particularly like the king room first floor option. Those rooms have both an outside door to right where you park as well as inside entrance to the hallway and amenities. Pay a bit more for it but worth it.

As an American citizen, I did not like the fact that nearly the entire 3rd floor was taken up by illegal aliens from Guatemala. I am more tgan assuming that their stay was supported by NGO's abd that our tax dollars were providing foid abd shelter for them until after the election, when they will be deported back to their country of origin. While sone of them were 'workers" there were teenagers and young children with them this is a questionable practice and unlawful at best

Hotel was right off of 90. There was a Cracker Barrel within walking distance so we had dinner and breakfast there. Staff was nice, rooms were clean. We were having a problem with our TV and someone immediately came and fixed it for us. Only complaint was we weren't there long enough to swim in the pool!
