Clean hotel with good beds, a laundry room, and a helpful and pleasant staff. I communicated with staff a few times due to reservation changes, and they were always efficient and helpful. We would stay here again!

Basic, no amenities.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. It's our fault for not double checking, but there was no breakfast and no coffee in the lobby. There was a coffee maker in the room, but we were already on our way out for the day. There was also pretty limited signage both inside and out.

Affordable accommodations. Location was a little out of the way from Billings amenities. My biggest complaint was that there was a LOUD party in the parking lot at 3am that went for over an hour. I mean bass and Hispanic music blasting!! We called security and finally the police before the partiers were “relocated”. We could still hear them in the distance. Ridiculous that Billings police and Ledgestone allow that to happen in an hotel parking lot at from 2:30-3:30am+.

We have stayed at this property many times and will usually choose to stay here when we are staying for more than one night. We love being able to cook and not have to eat out. The kids get a little bored since there is no pool but we still enjoy the peacefulness of the property.
