I would like to start by saying the staff including the manager Bruce was very kind, welcoming and accommodating. Following multiple notifications of our discomfort and concerns with the borderline deplorable condition of the family suite we were offered compensation. We were informed after checking into the room, that renovations were pending on the suite. The room was in horrible condition. Not just outdated, there were safety concerns! The sprinklers being recessed in the ceiling, wires hanging out of the wall, unknown substances staining the cabinets and curtains, dead bugs, dark grey thick clods of dust in the vents and light covers, holes in the walls, peeling wall paper, water damage, missing towel bars(in both rooms) and food in the microwave to name a few things. I washed my face with the soap and provided wash cloth causing an allergic reaction and skin peeling. I now have scabs on both eye lids. I believe this place will again be an amazing establishment however, I personally feel they should refrain renting rooms until they are completed. I was told by the manager this room is a favorite of guest and it had been cleaned four days prior. The partial refund was appreciated but the negative experience and pain won't soon be forgotten.

Good stay. Hotel is a little dated but rooms are clean. Male front desk clerk was a bit nosy at check in wanting all kinds of personal details he shouldn't be asking about. Also the homeless/meth heads in the parking lot at night was a little concerning but overall a good stay.
