Billings Gem

Great hotel close to I-90 but very little traffic noise. Comfortable beds,clean rooms. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast was outstanding which included bacon, a cheese omelet, yogurt, fruit and much more. Sorry Cracker Barrel but it is walking distance as well. I would definitely stay again.

Room was dirty; a Q-tip was found in the bed after pulling back the covers, and there were food crumbs in the tray. I moved to a different room and walked in on a man using the restroom. The front desk blamed housekeeping.

The front desk agent was very pleasing to talk to upon checkout. Last night when i pulled the sheet back in Rm 2203 there was a bed bug this ruined my whole night. And the curtains was fifthy. The night front desk agent did not want to switch my room at first. Talking about just get new sheets. And I told him I am not staying in that room. I should have recieved a refund. The hotel needs to be updated

Last stay we had a renovated room. This time we had an old room. It was a nice large room and bed comfortable enough. Just very old with only sheers on windows so lots of outside light all night. A/C was wonderful as was staff.

While its somewhat dated and worn, it has a cool kitche 80's vibe. Super clean, awesome staff. New owners getting renovations done. We are going to "road trip" back through there and spend some time. Can't wait to see the changes. Well worth the stay

For an older establishment it is well taken care of. The staff is very friendly & responsive. Pretty quick access to several restaurants. It would be nice if they had a closer pet area. Our little dog is 16 & doesn’t walk far any more. I would absolutely stay here again. Great value for a clean place to stay.

The room was a good size and the water pressure was good but besides that i did not enjoy this hotel. It was outdated and smelled weird. The sprinkler system looked corroded and the beds were very uncomfortable.

The pictures look nice, but here's the truth. This hotel is straight out of the 70s. It is in desperate need of an update. The curtains, carpet, popcorn ceiling, and furniture are severely outdated. It looked like the windows had never been cleaned, and the original 1970s bed skirt was ripped and stained. Curtains were stained, ceiling and walls had stains and water damage. The wallpaper was bubbling up and peeling off due to water damage. The AC only ever kicked on for 5 seconds at a time and was rattling when it did. Black hairs in tub and on towels we were provided. Two campers and a Penske truck stayed outside our room, with people living inside of them. When most of Billings was nearly fully booked, I believe we were one of 6 rooms in use at this hotel. I chose it because of the decent reviews, free parking, and free breakfast. But after seeing the property and the "breakfast," I wish I would've chosen somewhere else. We didn't even bother to try with the breakfast but instead grabbed our stuff and checked out ASAP in the morning and grabbed breakfast at Stella's. This might be a decent place if they put some money into updating it. The outside of the property is just dirt, gravel,
