The staff is amazing. They work with you on both ends of the spectrum. The location is great. You got Walmart just under the underpass Food entertainment. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and its location and staff. The only thing that could use improvement, is the amenities to the hotel and an upgrade to the continental breakfast. Other than that, it’s perfect location staff cleanliness, even the rooms I would highly recommend this hotel and its staff as well as his location.

Convenient placing with lots of options for getting fast food or sit down restaurants. The free breakfast was adequate with boiled eggs, toast, bagels, yogurt, cream cheese, coffee, milk, juice, cereals, oatmeal, etc. $25 pet fee. Good value for the amenities.

Older, cheaper but a nicer place to stay.
It was the cheapest place to stay in Billings, but it was more convenient and clean than most places in the area! I will stay here again.

The service was uniformly outstanding. Very competent and very nice staff both at night and in the morning. Staff was extremely helpful, volunteered to assist with the printing of a document late at night.

We stayed here for three nights as I am going through cancer treatment and we couldn’t have asked for better staff than here. It is so hard to find employees that truly love their job and make sure the customers have whatever they need in order to make their stay as comfortable as possible and the new manager here, Bruce, went above and beyond what we could have hoped for making sure everything was taken care of and also was willing to listen to any suggestions and opinions we gave him. He was a pleasure to deal with from the moment we checked in til turning in our keys and checking out . This hotel is so lucky to have Bruce and I hope they see his hard work and dedication to his customers. We will definitely stay here again .

It was pretty nice and the rooms were clean. There were small areas of mold it looked like in shower so we did not use it. The workers were so kind and upgraded us because they did not have the original room we booked. It was a very fair price for how the facility felt.

A perfectly fine place to stay for a night or two if you’re just passing through. Clean and with a well illuminated parking lot. The place felt basically empty. We left early the next morning to continue north to Glacier but were grateful for the clean comfortable beds.
