Room was not as represented on the website I booke

We booked a room with two queen bags. Neither bed had a bedspread or comforter on it. Each queen size bed had one pillow on it. The blankets that were exposed because of no comforter had cigarette holes on both of them. One of them had another large hole that was not a cigarette burn.

Room was dirty, cigarette burns on bed spread, ice machine out of order, almost no water pressure, the entire property needs a deep clean. I tried calling the desk multiple times both days during my stay with no answer. Also had to have my room card reprogrammed twice because of proximity to my cell phone, or car keys. It’s a ridiculous expectation to essentially tell your guests they can’t keep a room key in their pants pocket. All of these conditions, and still a “newly renovated” sign out front. It’s almost laughable.

Disgusting place and horrible service

Our stay was terrible and the hotel and corporation have been non-responsive in addressing the issue. Upon arriving we found that we had to drive to register at a separate location. At the second location we had to call and waited a long time for someone to arrive. After driving back to the first location we found that our room had only 1/4 inch of toilet paper, no towels but a hand towel and one washcloth, missing a pillowcase, bed not made well, one thin and stained blanket. We called the other place and were told that we could drive back to get the missing items for our room, but we requested that they be brought. She said she would when she had time, but she never did. We were so tired after 14 hours of driving, so we went to bed. When using the bathroom we saw that the toilet was not just stained, but actually very dirty, as if it had not been cleaned in a couple weeks. Very gross. I got no answer when calling the front desk. Because there were no towels, we could not shower, and we left very early in the morning to go to a gas station for a bathroom with toilet paper. I repeatedly tried to call the hotel but got no answer. I went to Motel 6 customer care website and although they claim to "take my concerns very seriously" and "care about my experience," three different customer care reps only said to call the hotel, even though I called about a dozen times and no one answered. Horrible experience and customer service from the motel and from corporate. Still waiting!!

Hotel looks like it was abandoned, broken draft stopper on entrance door, stained bathroom, bathroom door frame has been previously broken and just has a bad glueing job, we left within 2 hours and did not even spent the night there

Although it was convenient and cheaply priced, it is completely uncared for and has terrible room amenities. 1 old stained bath towel, toilet seat not attached, old creeky spring mattress, old worn out table and chair, torn shower curtain, no garbage can, badly repaired walls and broken down doors, etc, etc.

Upon arriving the desk clerk was very nice. However, when we went up to our room, the lights didnt turn out and the beds had no sheets or pillows on them. Im still waiting for my refund.

Not the best, except the service

The service when we checked in was great. I fell in the parking lot and again, the receptionist was very helpful with getting me up and taking care of my wounds. Also, they didn't charge for my dog. The room on the other hand.....only one pillow per bed, we had a sheet and the bed spread wasn't really a spread, there was a hole in the bathroom door. The room didn't feel comfortable.

Never again…

First off - the front desk person was excellent. However, the WiFi was down, their systems were having issues, so she accidentally booked one of us into a room that was already occupied, and the other into a room where there was no bedding on either bed. So both of us had to have our rooms changed. As it was, we didn’t get the rooms with microwave & refrigerator that I had originally booked - but that paled in comparison to the room shenanigans.

One room reeked of smoke. Hard to sleep with the smell. Turned on main light switch and the light came on 10 minutes later. Stained towels. Very noisy. Didn’t feel safe.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, I had hopes to be pleasantly surprised by a motel 6, but alas it was not to be. Windows were broken all over the place including my room window. Very scary! Other miscellaneous items that were bothersome but not dangerous included dirty ice bin, broken toilet seat, and only one pillow/one towel in a queen room meant for two. Floors, mirrors, etc were not the cleanest in the room but the common areas were NOT GOOD AT ALL! I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I feel the ladies at the front desk were so nice, but the broken windows and dirty conditions needed to be spoken up about. My respect to all who work in the service industry, I have worked in a hotel for years as well, but we still have to do a good job and provide great customer experiences.

Bed sheets had blood stains on them, only one pullow per bed(which were very poor quality. The bathroom had mold on the roof and bugs in the shower. The staff was great, checking in and out was very easy.

Adequate for the price.

Staff was very friendly and kind, however there was no one there when it came time to check out. The bedding was quite stained, and there were punch holes in the bathroom door. It was not a horrible stay by any means, but it did make my eldest child quite nervous to be there. Overall, for the price paid, our stay was very adequate.

This property shouldn't be available to book on Expedia. There was no staff on site so we had to go to the other location to check in. The windows were broken, graffiti on walls, trash everywhere outside. Our room was gross. The sheets were stained, 1 nasty pillow, ice machine didn't work, dirty walls, bed was rock hard, the toilet seat was not attached to the bowl. I have never felt more unsafe at a property in my life. Do not stay here if you have ANY other options. I brought in my own pillow and slept on my own blanket on top of it. No way I was touching those sheets.

This property was horrible. The front desk staff was nice but everything else was horrible. The window in our room was broken, we had a broken toilet seat (not even attached to the toilet bowl), we were only given one bath towel for two people and one pillow. The room was not worth the cost at all.
