I was quite disappointed with this stay. The breakfast was the only real positive I can speak to - they do provide a freshly prepared hot breakfast option for adults. This was a nice surprise! When we first got to the room, I pulled out the couch to find that the mattress protector on the mattress appeared to be dirty and there was debris such as food crumbs or something similar under the pull out bed. In addition, there were no sheets/blankets in the room for the pull out bed. Maintenance did quickly bring some down when I called so this was quickly solved. Housekeeping services are not provided for short stays unless requested. There is a posted sign but it is at the top of the sink mirror and I didn’t see it until the day of check out. I was surprised, therefore, when we came back Saturday afternoon to our room not being cleaned. We needed more towels for showers and for swimming and felt like I was being scolded for asking. Additionally, a friend came to visit with her kids and we ordered pizza. We went into the breakfast room to eat. However we were told that we could not use that room as it was only intended for breakfast. This is not what I have seen from other hotels and it was disappointing to then have to try to fit 3 adults and 4 kids into our room. Lastly, I called on Sunday and let them know we needed about 20 more minutes past checkout to get out of the room. I was told there would be a $100 fee. All in all Im disappointed and we will not be back.

They upgraded us from a king to a Queen suite. I book a king for a reason. We didn’t need the extra room in room we needed a king. Otherwise everything else was great

The stay itself was super, however the “airport shuttle” ( which is why I chose this hotel) has limited hours that are not disclosed in the hotel description. A Lift ride later, I should have chosen a closer and cheaper hotel for the night.

When I ordered this room I was told that it had airport service. After checking in I was told that the service to the airport didn’t start until 8Am. This put me I a bind as my flight was to leave at 7Am the desk gave me no help in securing a taxi to the airport. I will never stay at Quality Inn agin.
