The staff were very pleasant and friendly. They had amazing customer service skills. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, safe, and I felt like I was at home. I recommend that if anyone is visiting or just driving through Billings, MT and need a place to rest their head. The Super 8 in Billings MT is without a doubt the best hotel with great rates. Thank you Super 8 for a comfortable, quiet, safe, clean, and friendly place to stay.

Don’t know. Could not find the hotel so had to stay somewhere else GPS totally off, hotel did not have anyone who could give directions, stopped at four different places to ask…no help. Getting dark and no street signs were illuminated so couldn’t read anything. So just found the nearest spot to stay…..so frustrating!

We stayed one night traveling through Montana. The place was very clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good- could use a couple more options but still nice to have something to eat before hitting the road. Check in was smooth and easy. Overall a nice place to stay for a night or two
