This hotel has limited staff and needs a good cleaning and updating of carpet, lighting etc. The bed was very comfortable, the pool area was clean, the housekeepers (especially the man) were very helpful. The staff was not friendly except for the male night clerk and the housekeeper. I think they are doing the best they can do with the resources they have, but the whole staff could be friendlier.

It has a very bad smell, like dirty carpet or just old stale smell. For $100 a night, there is no TV in the sitting room. Other TV did not work. Bathroom sink is stopped up. Sheets didn't seem clean to me. Top sheet had a stain on it. I would never stay there again. Just didnt feel clean.

Room was hot. A/c didn’t cool lower than 76° per the thermostat. It was clean and comfortable otherwise. Jetted tub was quite slippery, hard to get in and out of and barely even bubbled. Tv remote back kept falling off. Tv went out and they had to come in our room In the middle of the night to reset it. Although they did it promptly. Our neighbors also played loud music very late into the night, but we managed.

The person who was on duty picked up food from the floor and counter and put them back in the case for someone else to eat it. I told her about it and she was rude and thru it away finally. You dont serve food that has been touched or on the floor to people.

HORRIBLE! Traveled from out of state with my family and booked two rooms. The shower/tub in both rooms were dirty with a thick ring of dirt and drained slow when showering. After asking several times it was eventually fixed. One of the beds in the second room smelled of urine. We did not notice until late in the evening because we dropped our belonging off and went to a friend’s gathering. We were offered new sheets to change ourselves and refused a new room or assistance. If anything…..the entire mattress was contaminated with urine as well. The chairs in the room had large stains and there was used soap left in the restroom. The breakfast was not appealing and considering the cleanliness of the hotel we did not consume any of their food. We were not offered a discount, different room accommodations or anything for the issues. Pictures of one room down below.

Horrible! Smelly smoke Mold and bugs! No clean

Forth Of July 2025. It was awful and smelled bad. Dirty sofa bed. No linens for the sofa bed. Killed several spiders. I asked for manager and was told they could not reach them. I was told no other room was available and could not sleep. Mold and smelled like cigarette and pets. Manager was contacted and refused to make things right! Go anywhere but here. The front desk worker barely communicated in English. Horrible! I will posting video footage of me and another guest complaining about the rooms. You will see how he acted and know this place is horrible. Added one photo. Killed at least 4 spiders. I have video. Will add on another website

Loved how big the room was and how comfortable the bed was. Loved the separate shower from the jetted tub. The only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure and the slow filling of the jetted tub.

We did not enjoy our stay. The property was clean and smelled nice but it’s very outdated. When we first came in the room the tv was on and very loud but the screen did not work it was black only the sound worked, there was no remote in the room to even turn it off. The ac did not cool very well so the room Was humid but the worse part was how loud the ac was, we could hardly sleep. There was broken furniture in the room. Would not recommend this place the exterior and entrance are nice but the rooms are not.
