Country Inn & Suites has been our go-to hotel when we would bring our kids through Gulfport/ Biloxi due to the accommodations. Overall, the room was very nice. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was just my spouse and I this time. We noticed the staff had changed. They were not very friendly( housekeeping) the building needs renovations, and the breakfast was not obliging (ie,no meat, long lines, few options).

Nasty bed

The bottom mattress cover on our bed had a good many red/brownish stains on it. We asked for it to be changed on our way out shopping only to return 10 hours later to find it still on the bed. We reported it twice and was assured it would be taken care of. It was not and the lady at the front desk did nothing to try to make it better and refused to give me the managers name. She said its Sunday and hevis sleeping. Its really a shame because the building itself was nice and presentable. I tried to add a photo but it wouldn't let me.

It was quiet and clean. The only thing I didnt like was they didnt offer decaf coffe in breakfast area but I think it was available in the room. Most importantly was that it was clean.

This property was horrible, we didn’t stay and was not helped to fix the issue at all, the room we entered had throw up in the toilet, the sheets on the bed were dirty, the smell of mold was out of control, there was writing on walls in hallway, looked like some chewed the furniture in areas. Very unsanitary. I am still waiting on a refund. I’m usually not one to complain but this was over the top.

Hotel was nice the grout next to the jet tub was missing so water can easily get into the walls. Someone in Room 117 was smoking weed and when management was notified they said nothing we can do. So while trying to fall asleep you smell weed! Half the light bulbs were either out or flickering The bench my wife sat on to tie her shoes was deteriorating enough where it got all over her clothes and stained them. Glass behind jet tub was full of fingerprints Lamps not plugged j.

Quality of breakfast is lacking even for a Continental Breakfast. Asked for a pitcher of water for dining room and was told to get ice from ice machine down the hall and water from the water fountain.
