The room wasnt clean. The bathroom wasnt clran. We found pubic hair in the shower.the shower door wasnt clean. There wasnt any trash bags in the trash can.. the floors were dirty. We made the best of it but will not stay there again. Pubic hair was found on the pillows.

When we first arrived we were unsure of the parking and we were not given the best directions on unloading the car or how to get to our room. We had a underneath the floor board water leak near the bed and transferred to another room the next day. Overall, stay was good.

Pool was closed day after we arrived our stay was 5 days in late August. Room smelled like mildew the whole floor smelled like mildew. No room cleaning unless you called them . They just brought you clean linens had to change yourself. We had to empty our own trash. Room advertised with mini fridge they said had to pay 10$ a day for it. Even though the room we booked included it. The staff however was very nice. Joe on casino floor , John at the pool bar, all the people working the chocolate box, and the older lady working the gift shop didn't catch her name. Waitresses very good as well.
