No valets for luggage or parking. Handicapped assessable was a joke. Parking, if available, was close to the door on the hotel side. Luggage carts were scarce, only saw two in three days. Long walk, if walking is difficult, from the parking elevator to the elevator for the rooms. No direct elevator for safety I was told. Room did not have a refer but a space for one. We had a view of the private docks below which was cool. Down escalator was down the entire time and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Room was clean and comfortable. The casino had a lot of variety but the machines ran cold. We didn't witness any jackpots. We are going elsewhere next time.

Liked everything except had a TERRIBLE experience at the on site BUBBA GUMPS. Horrible, overpriced food, rude manager, poor service. Oh - and the fridge had been removed from the room, not replaced? Empty cabinet and ext cord where it was supposed to be.

Never again.

When checking in nobody knew where luggage carts were. We had to go on each floor searching for one. We saw several carts in a room locked up through a glass door. The pillow cases were too small for the pillows which left the dirty pillow exposed so I just slept with a towel over my pillows. The hotel had a mildew smell.
