They Said No Early Check-in. That was fine. But when 4oclock came I waited in line for 45 minutes and when I got to The Counter they said my room wasn’t ready and that it was gonna be another 45mins to And Hour. They Were So Nonchalant about it.

Hotel seems old even though it was rebranded in 2014 and supposedly has had a remodel recently. Room was very depressing, old furniture, ceiling fan blades were drooping downwards, balcony sliding door did not lock. Bathroom was very dirty and the whole room was also dirty. Room looked NOTHING like the pictures online and for the price of the room I was horrified. Could not even stay there as I’m sure being moved to another room would have the same results. Had to check into a different hotel for my stay.

My first room, the bed was filled with hairs, housekeeping promptly came and changed them, there were smudges all over the window, there was food on the floor and trash still in the bathroom, the walls were so thin I could hear the neighbor coughing. My second room-the shower door was broken and had ants in the bathroom
